  • Vince Craig is a shark when it comes to buying a home. The property he helped me buy wasn’t an easy buy and we had challenges that your everyday realtor would not have overcome. Vince called these challenges speed bumps, but when having conversations with my loan officer and then after closing with the listing agent they both said they were about 75% sure this deal was going to fall through, and I had my doubts too. However, Vince blew past every obstacle and we managed to close a day ahead of schedule, could have been two days ahead but I had a conflict. Vince’s ability to stay cool and calm under uncertainty erased my doubts and made the entire process stressless because I knew I had a champion on my side.

Things couldn't have gone smoother, especially considering this insane housing market right now. We looked at houses for one day and bid on two of them. The offer on the second house was accepted, with a VA loan no less! (And no, I didn't do anything crazy like 50% cash down payment with inspections waived) Only complaint is that we found a place so quickly I didn't get to hang out with him more.

  • I had been looking for a house unsuccessfully with another realtor for months before giving up. On a recommendation from a friend, I called Vince but I was not expecting much based on my previous experiences with realtors. I am happy to say I was very wrong. Vince not only showed me several houses the first day I spoke with him but I was under contract in less than 24 hours. He's extremely proactive in helping you find and look at the right houses. He explains the whole process and is constantly calling realtors to get showings and advice as to what sellers looking for in offers. After the sale is over, he makes sure you are are set and helps recommend contractors or repair professionals. Vince goes above and beyond and is extremely proactive which is exactly what you need in todays fast market. I would highly recommend Vince to anyone. He helps makes dreams come true.
